Here at MANC MICRO we are a local urban farmers based in Manchester growing fresh nutritional micro greens for both the domestic and culinary markets. MicroGreens are vegetables that are harvested just after the leaves have developed. They are grown or purchased by people focused on nutrition and the health benefits or else are used as both a visual and flavor by top chefs in restaurants all over the world. Chefs use colorful micro greens to enhance the attractiveness and taste of their dishes with distinct delicate textures and unique flavours whilst adding 40% additional nutrients than fully grown vegetables.

As We love to grow everything and anything we can get our hands on, we also grow to order so if you want any type of Micro green / Herbs and we dont currently sell them then let us know and we will confirm minimum orders and time scales
